The white torta 


the ingredients 


Cake mixture: 
•Two and a quarter cups of flour. 
•Three and a half teaspoons of baking powder. 
•Half a teaspoon of salt. 
•A cup and a half of sugar. 
•Half a cup of melted butter. 
•Three quarters of a cup of milk. 
•A teaspoon and a half of liquid vanilla. 
•The whites of four large eggs.

White sauce:

 •A cup of melted butter. 
•Four cups of fine sugar. 
•Three tablespoons of milk.

How to prepare: 


•Heat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. 
•Cover two 20-centimeter round bars with parchment paper, then sprinkle a little flour on the edges. 
•Sift flour, baking powder and salt into the bowl of a blender, and add sugar, butter, milk and vanilla. 
•Run the mixer for three minutes on a medium speed until the mixture becomes fluffy. 
•Add egg white and turn on the mixer for two minutes. 
•Put the egg mixture into two molds evenly. 
•Insert the cake into the oven for 25 minutes until it is soft, then take it out and leave it aside on a metal net until it cools a little. 
•Turn the cake over and place it until it is completely cool. 
•Whisk the butter in an electric mixer for three minutes, until it becomes creamy.

How to prepare:

•Add choco with constant whipping. 
•Add the oil, and gradually reduce the amount of flour. 
•Add baking powder, and the remaining quantity of flour gradually, with constant stirring.

•Two cups of strawberries.

•Six egg yolks.

•Seven bags of powdered Chantilly cream.

How to prepare:

•Put a pinch of salt on the flour.

•Add a portion of the white and mix it gently. 
•Continue adding flour and white alternately until the batch is finished. 
•Heat the oven at 180 ° C. Put the cake dough in a suitable tray for baking, and put it in the oven until it becomes soft.
