Preparing snacks and fast

It is neither the most wonderful nor the most beautiful of preparing snacks and healthy at the same time easy to prepare and does not need much time in preparing them, due to the nature of the fast life in everything and the many concerns of life, here are some of the ways to prepare snacks and quick meals that are suitable as a dinner meal as you can serve it with lunch.


Tuna sandwiches 


the ingredients 


•Two cans of tuna. 
•tomatoes, sliced Onion, sliced. 
•Two tablespoons of mayonnaise. 
•Lemon juice. 
•A quarter cup of sliced ​​black olives. 
•A quarter cup of fresh green parsley, finely chopped. 
•Slices of toast, or french bread as desired.

Preparation method 


•On a plate, put two cans of tuna, after they have completely drained the oil. 
•Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and black olives and stir the ingredients together. 
•Put a spoonful of the tuna mixture between every two slices of toast and put on top of it some slices of tomatoes, onions and some chopped parsley leaves.

Mexican salad 


the ingredients 


•A cup of chopped tomatoes. 
•A cup of shredded cucumber. 
•Half a cup of olives slices. 
•A quarter cup of chopped parsley. 
•A quarter cup of green mint. 
•A cup of toast, cut into cubes. 
•A cup of feta cheese or diced Istanbulian cheese. 
•A quarter cup of lemon juice and olive oil. 
•Salt and black pepper to taste.

Preparation method 


•In a plate, put the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives slices, parsley and mint, and stir the ingredients together. 
•Add the lemon juice and olive oil and stir again, add salt and black pepper to taste. 
•Garnish the dish with toast and cheese cubes and serve. 
•You can add a little chili pepper if desired.

Puree potato with olive oil 


the ingredients 


•Three sweet potatoes. 
•A quarter cup of olive oil . 
•Teaspoon salt . 
•A quarter cup of mozzarella cheese. 
•A quarter cup of chopped parsley.

Preparation method 


•Peel the potatoes, chop them in medium size, and boil them for half an hour. 
•After the potatoes are ripe, drain the water and discard them, and put the potato pieces in a bowl and mash them until you get a very soft potato. 
•Add olive oil, complete the mashing process, and season with salt. 
•Place the potatoes in a serving dish and garnish with a little mozzarella. 
•Bake it in the oven for minutes, and garnish it with chopped parsley.  
•You can serve it on its own, with chicken pieces or with toast.
